The October 20, 2026 referendum on proposed changes to the Length of Service Award Program (LOSAP) for the Roslyn Fire Department companies was defeated by a vote of 30 NO to 28 YES.
Voting was limited to eligible Village of Flower Hill residents within the Roslyn Fire District.
